  • Our centre is guided by caring directors and supported by a team of 14 skilled staff members who focus on quality care, meaningful learning, and a warm daily experience for each child.
    • Flora Duenas Lozano

      Flora Duenas Lozano

      Hello everyone, I’m Flora. I am a Registered Early Childhood Educator and graduated with honours from Sheridan College. I am also a member of the College of Early Childhood Educators in Ontario. Along with my ECE background, I hold a bachelor’s degree in Nursing.

      I can communicate in English, Spanish, and French. I am married and blessed with three wonderful children. Since 2012, I have worked with children across different age groups through my roles as a nurse, volunteer, nanny, home daycare provider, and early childhood educator. I also worked as a nurse for two years in different units, with a special focus on pediatrics. In addition, I completed specialized studies in child development and the early years.

      I chose to move into early childhood education because supporting children brings me joy. I love helping them discover new things, build their abilities, and grow with confidence. I have also volunteered with refugee shelters and hospitals, including Brampton Hospital and St. Michael’s Hospital.

      Kamal Preet Brar

      Hello everyone, I’m Kamal. I am a Registered Early Childhood Educator and graduated with honours from Sheridan College. I am also a member of the College of Early Childhood Educators in Ontario. I speak English, Punjabi, Hindi, and Urdu, which helps me connect with families from different backgrounds.

      Outside my professional role, I am a wife and a proud mother of three wonderful children. Working with young children has always been close to my heart. I enjoy supporting them as they learn new skills, express themselves, and discover what they are capable of doing.

      My experience includes caring for and teaching children across different age groups. I believe children grow best when they feel respected, encouraged, and emotionally supported. Through a caring and responsive approach, I focus on building each child’s confidence, independence, and resilience. My goal is to create positive learning moments where children feel safe to explore, try, and recognize their own strengths.

  • Lillopo - Parent Communication App

    Our centre uses the Lillio App to keep families connected throughout the day. Educators can share photos with parents, so you can see the activities, learning moments, and happy experiences your child enjoys.

    Daily updates will be sent through the app, including what your child ate, how much they ate, nap details, and diaper changes if applicable.

    Families will also receive important centre updates through Lillio, making communication simple and organized. Weather-related closures, illness notices, and urgent alerts can be shared directly through the app.

    Lillio helps parents stay involved in their child’s learning and makes it easier to talk with your child about their day.

    Privately Owned Childcare Centre

    Our Welland location operates as a privately owned childcare centre and does not participate in CWELCC. We provide dependable care in a safe, warm, and family-focused setting, with educators who create thoughtful daily experiences that support children’s learning, confidence, and overall development.

    • Friends & Family Referral Discount – Refer a new family to our centre and receive 10% off for 6 months.

    • Sibling Discount – Families enrolling more than one child can receive a 10% discount for siblings.
